What are the fees?
We operate on a flat-rate fee per month. We don't like fluctuating bills, and we can imagine you don't either! Let's talk about your business needs, and together, we'll craft a plan that serves you best.

What type of Bookkeeping Services do you offer?
As certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisors, we specialize in making your life easier. We primarily work remotely and we've got the expertise to manage your finances seamlessly. With cloud-based software, your document uploads and transfers are not just easy but super secure.

When and how do I send my documents to you?
We will need your bank statements every month. We can setup your bank statements to automatically synch with QuickBooks so that you can focus on your business while we handle your bookkeeping. You can also send us your documents if you prefer. We use secure cloud based software and email for document delivery.

The software we use for document delivery has 256-bit encryption; the same security level that Google®, Bank of America®, and Apple® uses.

When do you deliver my financial reports?
Mark it on your calendar! By the 10th of every month, we'll send you your financial reports. Having your financial reports early means you can plan and you can stay on top of your business goals with confidence.

What if my books are behind schedule or need a clean-up?
Don’t worry about that! We can help clean-up any messy transactions or inaccurate records from your past. We will discuss the details as necessary for your specific situation.

What if I don't have a QuickBooks Online account?
Not a problem! We will help you set-up your very own company profile in QuickBooks Online with all of the workflows and connections specific to your business.

What if I need tax preparation?
We are specialists in bookkeeping and that is our primary focus. We can refer you to one of your tax partners to help you with filing your taxes. We can, however, help you have clean and accurate financial reports for your tax filing.
